Dear David: Hey, I am just a neophyte computer user. Have Windows 95 on my homemade computer. Plan to acquire a new computer in 2,000. Just waiting till all the latest bells and whistles are working better and maybe price comes down a little. Want to get a really powerful system that hopefully will not go obsolete before I learn how to use it. haha. JDN

I also thought the RTQs were gone, but if you click on the Customize link and then the Toolbar link, you can find the RTQ in the drop-down menus and have it on your toolbar.
