Dick,

Please review NASD Rule 3560 and you will understand the reason for the "E" designator. I agree that it is alarming to see it attached to this companys stock symbol. However, if ITKG has prepared their Form 10-SB in accordance with good accounting practices and if there are no major deficiencies, we will likely see the designator dropped and the stock "fully reporting" within three to four weeks of the filing date. After contacting the company at 1-888-666-8833 , I was advised that the SEC inspector assigned to ITKG will be reviewing the documents and will report back to ITKG by December 27th. Further, ITKG management advised me that they would respond immediately to any deficiencies or requested information.

I believe ITKG will have all of this resolved by very early next year so that we, as investors, might enjoy the continued success that has recently been bestowed on us. I look for something from the company by December 27th to advise us if any deficiencies were noted and what corrective action was taken. I will certainly be in contact with them on December 28th for a report. I will advise the thread of my findings shortly thereafter.

As to your inability to find quotes, I am somewhat surprised. All premium RealTime services provided full quotation services on ITKGE throughout the day. What real time service do you use, if any ? If you are not using any of these services and rely on delayed quotes from Yahoo, then I suggest that you are a long term investor in which case you are concerned about the future of the company and not the day to day trading activity. Market makers and day traders are ruthless in their pursuit of profits and when a company receives an "E" designator they immediately take advantage of this temporary situation. Those investors that are inexperienced in this arena (OTCBB) are likely to panic and sell their positions to waiting vultures who gobble up cheap shares. IF and WHEN the company is cleared and fully reporting, those that now own the cheap shares will enjoy the return to previous highs. If the company is not cleared by the SEC, they are delisted and begin a death spiral in the "pinks". I firmly believe that ITKG will follow the former path and be "fully reporting" by early next year; therefore, I am not selling my position.

For further explanations of the "E" designator and the current listing status of stocks, I suggest you go over to www.otcbb.com or www.NASDAQTRADER.com .

I hope this helps you make an informed decision on your investment. For me the decision was and is easy as I am long this company.

Warm Regards,

Chief
