Most faucets and shower heads sold in the last few years have been low flow. You can drill them out. Your problem sounds more like your heads and aerators are plugged. The kitchen one would be easy to remove so take it off, clean it and see if that helps. Hard to diagnose from 800 miles, my eyesight ain't that good anymore.
