Pandesic Becomes World's Largest E-Commerce Application Service Provider-
Announces 100th E-Business with The Children's Place site
SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 10, 1999--Pandesic LLC, the Internet company from Intel and SAP, today announced its 100th live e-business, childrensplace.com, making Pandesic the largest e-commerce application service provider.
Pandesic powers nearly three times as many sites as its nearest ASP competitor.
Pandesic's end-to-end, outsourced e-commerce solution drives leading e-commerce sites including ARTISTdirect, DVD EXPRESS, eHobbies and now The Children's Place. Its nearest competitor is responsible for 30 e-businesses.

It was customer service requirements that drove The Children's Place, a children's retailer for ready-to-wear clothing and accessories, to choose Pandesic to power its childrensplace.com, launched in November.
