Interesting 1997 offering Memorandum. But its called a IPO? How can that be? BeSt Way Incorporated Sandiego CA.? We all know it was Carlisle a publicly traded company!! Soon all will be able to take a looksie at it. Maybe you could explain it to everyone!!
