Voltaire I agree 100% with everything you are saying about Minerals.

Annette and Voltaire: If you want sweetner....I would use good old fashion sugar before I would use anything artificial. Personally I go to the Health Food Store and purchase bags of frutose.

Man, Voltaire, what a post! Blaylock's book on excitotoxins is a really good and fascinating one. In addition studies have shown that artificial sweeteners of any kind stimulate sugar cravings--causing people to actually eat more carbohydrates and gain more weight; and bacteria in the mouth and gut conjugate these fake sugars happily. People with ulcerative colitis and crohn's disease sometimes get much better when they go off these fake sugars, apparently.

As for chiropractic--reflexology (freeus)--yes, plain old massage is good too, especially shiatsu-type, and I recently had cranial-sacral work at the dentist, boy was that wonderful. Even yoga or dance. Anything to get the system flowing so it can self-correct. Thanx both for your posts as I'm going to start getting regular treatments, too!

OT OT OT OT Wow Voltman,

I didn't think that hunk of urban scarelore from the mid 90's was still making the rounds... but you might want to check here... especially the commentary at the bottom... you might recognize the text...

As always, skepticism is usually the first/best weapon in the fight against junk science.
