Can anyone tell me how to set IQ Charts to monitor market averages and biggest gainers and losers. Downloaded upgraded software and can't make these indicators work. APPRECIATE HELP FROM ANYONE!!

I have had similar problems, ranging from very slow retrieval of charts, or getting the loading error. The charting works better with AOL then it does with Earthlink for some reason. I was very close to dropping them a week ago , but since I'm getting DSL I figured I would give them one last chance with a faster connection. Its unfortunate because I really love their charts and ease of use. When you are trying to daytrade intraday you need to get your charts instantly, and with a great deal of money at stake there can be no compromise. DUCO
