You lack understanding.

14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
16 With long life will I satisfy him, and show him my salvation. Psalms 91:

Santiago

He came for me at the Cross... I am referring in that post to what Jesus said...

Look at the verse:

Mark 2:17 When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous , but sinners to repentance.

This is the verse I quoted Mark after Mark said he does not need to be saved and does not believe in original sin.

If Mark does not need to be saved then he is basically saying he has no sin he needs to be forgiven of. That is to say you are right with God without Jesus or that is to say you are all ready righteous.

Jesus said , in the verse I quoted, "I came not to call the righteous "

He is saying that He came to the earth NOT TO CALL those who are saying they are righteous but rather sinners to repentance.

I am one of those sinners who Jesus Came to Call to Repentance!

That is what I was saying concerning the " coming for" in that post but since you mentioned it Jesus also came for me in another way.

I am a sheep. One of the ones who Jesus died for. We are the few spoken of by Jesus.

I was "visited" by Christ but He did not come in Body but sent His Holy Spirit to call me and work within me.

That is how I know for sure I am His and He continues to work within me. He does not do this for all men or He could and would have said I lay down my life for the world. He does this for the Elect of God the Father only.

Jesus plainly teaches that there are sheep and goats in this world. Read John 10. He also teaches that only those who are predestined and chosen are truly saved and make it to heaven. You can see this on the Jesus thread go read messages #1769 1776 1807 on Romans 9 or Read Eph 1

If God is gracious to you then you will hear what I am saying and know it to be true. I am not being proud. I know these things only because God has Graciously shown them to me.

If you sincerely want to know what any scripture means you can ask me and I will tell you.. except for some concerning eschatology which many men have struggled with the rest to me are very easy to understand.

Once certain building blocks fall into place the Bible gets real easy to know. Most men refuse those basic blocks.
