There has been a debate on that the last few days on this thread. Yes, there is some evidence. It is not conclusive, and the charge remains controversial. What is clear is that FDR was itching for a pretext to enter the war, which I approve of. What is not clear is that he had a sufficient level of specific information to be charged with leaving the Pacific fleet a sitting duck, which I would consider a heinous dereliction......
