Actually Brian,... I don't recall all the specifics. I'd have to go back and pull the articles out again. I think outages are a fact of the infrastructure build out. There will be more and they will happen to everyone at some point in time. So, I see them as a datapoint but unless there is a history of constant/consistent failure by a vendor it really doesn't mean much. So, I don't waste a lot of grey matter on them... OG
