It was stated on CNBC that the 30 day rule (G-32, G-36) does not apply to FMKT, I believe the reason was, (and help is welcome on this matter) because they had bonds or securities of some sort in the public stream at the time of IPO. I have tried to research this matter without success at this point. I am trying to find if the same may apply to another issue I hold, Workflow Management- *WORK*. They are getting ready to IPO their b2b, and I hope they also fall under the same guidelines of no quiet period.
