I have a friend who's biz is a customer of DOCI. He bought major stock at 1.75 some time back because he felt that DLJ was already in it for so much that they'd have to come up with more. Well, they did, but under terms that drove the price to $.25. He called yesterday to alert me that something was up, but nobody knew what...maybe a buyout. I checked the DOCI thread, told him what was moving the stock. His reply? "Talk to you later, gotta sell" Out at three, not a moments hesitation, and feels unbelievably lucky. And this is somebody that knows the company well, mind you.
