I've gotten FOUR of them, but it's not the BVF settlement. It will be interesting to see if BVF elects exclusion from the class. Formal language.... I'm excluded from the class, as I neither tendered nor held on 2 September. Another lesson in sticking to your guns.

I have received no letter, but held well into September. Sounds like I might be eligible to get a piece of the settlement. Can you state the bottom line of this letter?
