Announcement of another JV in Mexico or Taiwan may do wonders to the stock price. But that could happen only after the OEM's are successful with the initial market campaign. I mean, if the cells perform and customers are happy with it. Time frame 2001 or 2002? Ram

Don't know, but probably 18 months at least, especially if the principal assembly equipment has a 12-14 month lead time. FWIW, I have heard of discussions a long time ago of corporations financing individual (captive) assembly lines, which would shorten the lead time fo 12-14 months. And I do think that the company several months ago placed orders, as did Hanil, for additional equipment to be delivered in calendar Q3/Q4 to increase the throughput to the $ 250 mm number that they have been talking about.
