Hi Manzanillo & all - Great, thanks. that is good visibility. Regardless of PRISM situation [personally, I don't think there is any immediate need to spin off PRISM, unless CDO wants to raise fund specific for the unit and thus attempt some sort of a tracking stock arrangement,] a lot of people clearly do not understand the growth prospect of PRISM and CDO Venture. The amazing thing is that PRISM is not just any average joe DSL network. It has all the CDO DR [disaster recovery] and backup services to go along with it. The sale of the computer [or just mainframe?] leasing to IBM help to add 1/2B to CDO war crest [for PRISM build out,] so I see she has overcome the worst pitfall of network construction [funding for build out] in one fell scoop!

So, CDO is not only undervalued [intrinsic value, that is] but the new blood at the company is doing great things without causing bad blood. Therefore, in due time, fund managers may see additional intangible values.

In conclusion, IMHO, it is a great GARP company.

best, Bosco
