This doesn't seem like Mr. Pink pick? Doesn't sound kosher to me...perhaps we have an imposter here? Or perhaps the air is too thin high up on the Mount.

Any details on this item from the latest HDTV 10-Q?

GENERAL

The Company's operations are constrained by an insufficient amount of working capital. The Company continues to experience negative cash flows and net operating expenses. The Company's operations in recent months have been funded by the issuance of a series of convertible securities, which are secured by substantially all the assets of the Company, and the sale of warrants to purchase the Company's common stock. The Company continues its efforts to locate sources of additional financing. There can be no assurance that additional financing will be available to the Company. For this reason, there is uncertainty whether the Company can continue as a going concern. See Note 3 of Notes to Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements.

Oh holier than holy, I have never since I discovered the true nature of p*nk seen him recommend a BB, OTC stock, though I have seen him recommend a Canadian stock.

What gives?

Please descend once more to explain, to rid our minds of such insidious thoughts, as doubt and confusion.

I will wrap myself in p&nk and meditate.

In dubio pro reo,

I have my doubts but I also keep in mind Mr Pinks investment history, per the stock picks mentioned here, amongst other things.

When he mentioned CUST / ZIXI as a flying turd he really nailed it.

Cust is circled by short sellers now (as their story may be hard to believe to suceed), but compared with the $8, 9, 10 when presented it is still up more than fourfold in less than 3/4 year.

Hence, what do we need? A bag of cash, a company, and a sound idea. That's what makes up a stock.

Stocks are like options on the company's success. Some are so deep in the money that the phantasy is taken out and any further improvement is marginal. Others are way out of the money, hence a striking success can really pay out though the chances of failure (zero terminal value) are way higher.

My part (here) is to decide whether I bear the risk, by investing into a story, rather than a value stock.

Sure is it difficult to own an option at $4.5 when it was to have at $1 to $2 earlier. But the increased risk appetite has its price.

-----------------

Many underestimated Mr. Pink, attributing "linear thinking" to him earlier in 1999.
