Suzanne, - Also OT - I'm sure Ditch would not be serious about joining Quebec as a new country. After all Quebec'ers hate everyone who isn't French or at least bilingual.
I have a friend who was born in northern Vermont in the 1930's. He has 7 brother and sisters. Half of the family was delivered by a Canadian doctor, half by an American doctor. Half the family is known as DuBois the other half Woods. It just depended on what doctor signed the birth certificate and how he recognized the family surname.

Have a great weekend,
Roy

It?s about this time last year The Share Pig filled his stocking with a few million dollars of shareholders money. He does it with S8 shares and times it now so that we won?t find out until the annual 10K is filed late March next year. Remember???

Over the recent year or so he has graciously passed some where?s in the neighborhood of 60 to 70,000,000 shares through his personal possession. Anywhere?s from granted for free to executed options at about 65% discount to market.

He then supposedly, if you carefully read the previous 10K, lent the profits of these egregious share grabs back to the corporation for yet another sweetheart deal that would reap him great rewards at shareholder expense. Most of that revolving credit scheme remains in abeyance. However, it can still be executed at will unless the Board has specifically rescinded or modified that agreement to steal.

I bring this information to the fore at this time so that the Pig knows we are still watching his actions. To date he and the company have failed miserably to perform when it comes to revenues. He imprudently spent more than $1,000,000 of highly dilutive borrowed funds and simultaneously blew John Hwang and associated management out the door (actually they all resigned because his micro-management prowess made their optioned shares worthless,) because he no longer had the capital to fund what appeared to have been a great business plan. (By the way how is John doing in his new business??)

I hope everyone here has their eye on the ball. Revenues are in fact beginning to build and I truly believe we will overcome the history of the past. But as I predicted in the past and continue to do so now; This pig will squander virtually all and/or anything of value if he remains at the helm. He?s made bad business decisions for most of his adult business life and for all of his public corporate life with regards to the shareholders he supposed to represent.

There also appears to be another squall on the horizon. Rumors abound that Mr. Bernie Deutsch is back in the play of things. Could that be the reason for the wild 40 to 100% swings in the share price this past few weeks? Keep your eye on these ba$tards as I?m sure that the authorities are doing the same. Hey Bernie did you see the unmarked cars on Park Ave today?

Meanwhile, and once again a very happy and holy holiday to all?even the Share Pig.

However, that doesn?t mean we forget to?

Throw the Ba$tards Out!!!

Al

Susie, Paul Henry caught you with the old sneak phone call. Oldest trick in the book! Would you at least comment on whether your level of optimism went up, stayed the same, or decreased after you spoke with him?

Well, Suzanne I would have to say my level of optimism stayed about the same. He did say that the IRS was working "with" them on the back taxes issue but that cash flow is still a problem. (I am taking this from memory, so it's not word for word what he said)
He also said that while there has been responses from some schools and while some schools have decided to go with the music card idea, some of them are not the entire school. (did that make sense?) Some of the schools are trying out the card in a small way, i.e baseball team, band, etc. I guess if it works out, maybe next year they would consider expanding it.
I also asked him about the distributors and he said that there were a few reasons for discontinuing them. One of which was because each state has different laws pertaining to distributorships and also because in the past, when a distributor didn't do well, sometimes they would come back and blame the company, and try to slap them with a lawsuit of some kind. Again folks, this is from my memory and not word for word what he said...so I might be a little bit off.
My first impression from talking to him is that he is not the "arrogant" person that some have made him out to be.....but, I also didn't really challenge him on anything. He caught me in one of my good moods, I guess!
Susie
PS to REW - How do you do this reporting to the thread stuff???? I must have changed the wording on this little post 50 times!

Don't waste your valuable holiday time this weekend trying to get me tied up in an ethical knot; I'm light years ahead of you on this subject.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHaaaaa.....I try to limit the waste of my valuable time
on one or two threads only. Wasnt trying to argue your ethics
or such nonsense of your personal choice. I just wonder if your being "light years" ahead has left your realities of what is mainstream.
No big deal......I just responded to your publicly posted opinion and should leave it as that.

You said you don't like wrestling, but you took your son. Need we say more?

Should I forbid and stop him from doing something just because I dont like or care to do? I hate Coke.....should he be only drinkin' PEPSI?
He went to that WWF show with a son of a VP in Intel, a son of a VP in SUNW, 2 who where kids of teachers, a son of a contractor..... and two other kids (girls) I dont know what their folks do, they could have been hookers/smugglers/drug pushers but I'm sure they werent ministers! They all looked different too.....darn it !
I dont know what mainstream America is to you but your being "light years" ahead in the subject of ethics may have left most of us behind to face reality.

sorry to even have bothered asking.......
