"ROCHESTER, N.Y., Nov. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- New Sky Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NSKY - news)
announced today that, by agreement in principle, cable television rights to its feature film, ''Freak Talks About Sex,'' have been
acquired by HBO. The film will debut as a Cinemax Friday Night Premiere on December 17, 1999."
