Thanks, Jeff. Here's the calendar for the evaluation and possible delisting of CDDD. Note that it begins very soon: On 12/20, the BB will let us know if CDDD is in compliance, because we can check to see if it appears on the daily list of stocks to get an "E". On 12/27, if they are not in compliance, the stock will begin trading under the symbol CDDDE. On 1/19, they will evaluate them again for compliance. If the SEC has still not given its okay, the stock will be delisted. Here are the full details: otcbb.com otcbb.com As we know from FNTT, the SEC is very bogged down in evaluating form 10's. So I'll bet we'll see the "E" right after Christmas.
