I couldn't agree more. I bought here big and will certainly double down. The "calculated risk" thing mentioned in an earlier post was wise thinking on the part of TYC management. I think that the chances of the stock staying in the doldrums for even a year or so would have been possible if there was no catalyst to clear up the situation. This way, if their is little or no action by the SEC, the time frame is certainly much shorter for a vote of confidence on the company by the market. This move is one more reason to have confidence in management. IMHO, by the time any of that class action BS is even up and going, the stock price will have double from here...But I'll bet somebody's legal bills will still get paid richly.
