JC - by that I mean the range of products typically used by office workers, including not only "office suite" stuff but other end user apps and in-house stuff that links it up. I have managed to put together a reasonably functional LINUX desktop which interacts well in a mixed environment of NT and Unix servers and clients - but I doubt that the CIOs of major companies will follow that path any time soon. There are too many minor incompatibilities and the process is hard to automate and administer.
