Well, Clay did not say what it was. He just said there was
a disruption that a "client" of his said they had. The only
ATT related disruption I could find was the one reported by
MOREnet and that involved both data AND voice. As I said,
data AND voice does not suggest itself to be an ATM problem.

If it was a "Service Disruption" involving voice, that is
reportable to the FCC, ASAP. You can find all the "scanned"
FAX Service Disruptions reported to FCC at--

fcc.gov

The only one from yesterday that I see is one from BellSouth
and that was a DMS. Yes, 5ESS's do die, and a perusal of the reportable incidents confirm that. If Clays "client"
was anywhere near St. Louis, then the event reported by
MOREnet is probably the same one--data AND voice.
