What Brocade basically turned down from Intel if you believe them,

They turned down the opportunity to sell Intel 100K share of unregistered Brocade stock (.25% dilution from an Intel Investment)in exchange for Brocade developing an Infiniband switch where Brocade would own the switch,and all the rights and revenues to the switch.
It is either one bad management decision or KJ is correct and they aren't up to delivering the requirements for that kind of switch.
