To clarify. Sale of Springboard in part or whole can only benefit shareholders. In fact, the stalling to complete this sale is what is causing the stock to stay down. The management is losing much more with any dilution than we are. Paul HYde and Michael Davies hold 25% invested at much higher rates. By the way, the stock was never more than 4-4.2....never traded up to 5 dollars. In any case, I am amazed they even keep their Investor Relations person as they don't give him anything to maintain investor relations. Maybe any press release is waiting for tax loss selling to stop. But waiting is not just getting tax loss selling out of the way....investors are getting out of the way as well.
