off the SBAS topic for a sec- what do you see for CS earnings coming up?

I guess its almost a given that they will exceed estimates, but what im wondering is if we should look once again for takeover just after earnings? or should we just be thinking of CS as an investment based on its potential as is.. without being taken over..

I always liked CS for its own potential, but the thought of being acquired always added an extra charm if you will.. AFter I almost got my head handed to me in ADSP, I was forced to sell off all my positions. Bad timing too.. but I had no problems buying CS back on Friday at 23 3/8..

Incidently Tim- after my ADSP disaster, ive decided to get back into devoting 100% of my energies into the markets.. Time to stop playing games.. I will be full time starting the year 2000.. letsee if I learned to avoid the crap and stick with whats real..

Sometimes its hard not to think of this all as a game.. but it sure isnt..

Tim, I just clicked back on SI and noticed 'No Rest for the Wicked" now (again) one of the most active threads. There was a large amount of traffic Friday, but I guess the downside of being a popular thread is the pumpers jumping in.

I've learned to ignore anyone who hasn't built up some prior credibility, but agree that someone new to the thread might be led the wrong way.
