Get yer DRDRAM while it's HOT!

At prices like these combined with the performance disadvantage it can offer, these RIMMS using RamBUST technology aren't going to last forever!

And at current configurations, you can have up to 256MB DRDRAM in your PC; perfectly not enough for power users who have i820 motherboards!

Ali,

Did you notice in the remarks made by the Intel presenter that he talked about how the notched process would not cause a gate oxide integrity problem and that the chips would work for ten years. Why would he even "volunteer" this. It's like someone reporting on a new nuclear power plant and saying that the public doesn't have to worry about radioactive iodine concentrating in their thyroid glands due to unexpected radiation leaks. I think it is something that was concerning him and others at Intel.

Pravin.
