I'm sorry Hardline somehow I skipped over your question about GTE.

What I would do is watch the BEL chart to determine GTE's direction. Since they are being acquired that will be their chart. I think that is the reason the GTE chart has based the way it is.

Now, if the GTE chart started to break down I would take that seriously and trade your position accordingly. My guess is BEL would break down at the same time.
