Monday's Barron's has an article reviewing last week's moves in Internet and IPO stocks. Only three of the Internet companies have appreciable profits, AOL, CMGI, and YHOO.

He also commented on valuations, noting that CSCO trades at 100 times this year's projected profits, AOL at 300 times this fiscal year's profit projections, and YHOO at 500.
