The CEO of the facility is an incompetent boob if these charges are proved. Except that the anti-espionage proposals were voted down by congress in the early 90s after communism collapsed. The reason the anti-espionage proposals were voted down was not because anyone felt there was no spying going on... but because the countries that were interested in the information were too underdeveloped to make use of it. That was the gist of it anyway, as far as my understanding goes. When you explode constantly like this, with raw emotion and complete lack of understanding of the relevant facts, you really come off as an ignorant boob yourself. I will remind you that when I quoted the lab director in a prior post you erroneously assumed the "director" was a middle manager and not the CEO of the facility. You hadn't even familiarized yourself with the facility in any way before you erupted with hysterical charges.
