Thanks for the quick reply. I spent a while on the GET site and toyed with the demo. It actually does seem to have a whole slew of features I'd be looking for and the fact that it utilizes qfeed, is a huge plus. I'd bet that in the near future, the system will be a bit more customizable. While system building and automation is a feauture I'd like, simple daily scanning (and esp. intraday scanning when available) may be enough and I may give it a try. I was impressed with what I saw.
Thanks again.

Richard or Anyone,

How do you save your positions and entry price in your portfolio quote sheet?

I have exported the symbols and it will bring them back alright but I have to then re-enter the number of shares purchased and purchase price.

It works fine when the data is saved in the workspace, but I have been having some problems with my ISP kicking me off the net and I have to start from scratch.

Blake

I've been using GET RT for several months, primarily for S&P trading but some stocks too.
Re: your comment "GET's attraction is the predicting elements it has for direction and time.",
could you elaborate a little on what features of GET you mainly use for these purposes, and in what time frames? The program has a lot of assets, but I think one has to concentrate on certain areas or risk spreading himself too thin. Sort of paralysis by analysis.

Thanks.

Clay.
