Yes, Guy you are right. I'd rather have two 2-1 instead of one 4-1.

Opps. I meant to say "The 2:1 split this year will leave room for another 2:1 split in the next two quarters. (not next two months)" I think another split six months from now would be just fine.

After this split, JDSU will be selling at 125 to 150 (my estimates for end of the year.) This leaves plenty of room for another 2:1 split almost immediately. But I would not expect one to be announced in January with earnings. That would come too soon, and thus have too little effect. Instead, I think they'll wait until April earnings announcement. If the stock is still up then, we'll get another split.

QCOM made a mistake by letting their stock get so high that they needed a 4:1 split.
