I believe the word "generally" implies that it is not always done as a lottery. I know this to be true as a friend of mines girlfriend worked there until due to her options she became a millionaire and quit. He told her about me trying to get IPOs and her response was she laughed so hard she almost fell down. Word from someone who knows is, the average guy with a 100K account(me) has no chance. I am 0 for 30 or so, proof enough but I will keep trying anyway. jim
