Richard I did not say that I responded to Mr. Hunts statement. I feel much of life is controlled by the fear of law suit. My youngest was four and had already learned the words sue them. I was ill as it solves nothing. It helps no one but the attorneys who live off it and wrongly so. It is I feel, a wealth building scheme. Talk to an accountant ask about corporate problems and in most cases who gains, it is not the creditor. The law goes to extremes when common sense can address most problems. Due to ridiculous abuse of law common sense looses and so do creditors. I say nothing about poor people or rich people because they are all the same Richard good and bad both and some don't take responsibility for their actions either side.
