To Larry and Zeev,

Let's just agree to see what unfolds, okay? I am certainly not trying to induce a "hype spike" in the stock in order to sell into this euphoria.

When I do talk about cash flow breakeven, I am intending to discuss "cash flow from operations before financing requirements." I certainly will concede that I am not including cash net of financing short term inventory and receivables. Should the company succeed in attaining positive operating cash flow before short term financing requirements, I would expect they would have absolutely no difficulty in obtaining bank financing for these working capital needs, which is what banks do.

The both of you have apparently stated your belief that it is optimistic to assume breakeven cash flow from operations (including working capital financing costs) before Q4 2000.

I think earlier. Let's just wait and see who is correct, okay?
