I received the CMGI and the Engage annual reports for shares that I hold in a Keogh at AEXP on the same day that I received them from E*Trade for non qualified shares held there. So, if they're slow so is Etrade but maybe they're both average?
As far as IPO notices from American Express - ain't gonna happen. You can only participate in the IPO Directed share program through Wit Capital.
