Lookidat DOTCOM Lucky Nugget next to the ruler so shiny & glittering Hoooooeeeee!! Like some these good DOTCOMS, sitting there all dusty looking like old cowflops til they're examined closely and shined up by buying 'em !!
It's the Joy Of Discovery and The Process Of Upward Momo Valuation that makes it so much fun; seeing the glint of the Golden somewhere in good news after a search makes you scream out YYYYYEEESSS and then you wanna PUSH THE BUTTON!! Like It was just sitting there lonely, waiting for someone to come along and All Aboard That Old 909 for THE TECHRIDE.
After that, it's just a matter of time til it's another GOLD NUGGET FROM DOTCOM, bought with profits from that last freerider. Thangyew, Thangyewverramuch 4 The Right Stuff!!
Speaking of Panning At Jed's Mine, here's an example. (i'm thinking some THOUGHTS but i'll just tell U what makes me think 'em and let U make yer own conclusions)...
I'm here on SI Techride from MSN right now, and most of the time i use AOL to post on SI and search DD because it just so happens most of my bookmarks are there and it's easier to forward links using the aol browser. But my daughter's at a friends house playing online so it was time to do DD on MSN Money anyway... so i used my MSN ISP after being away from it about a week (i need more than one isp for my business to assure me reliable 24/7 internet access). AnEEway, whaddyaknow B4 i used msn.com i had to go in and fiddle with the settings again. I don't know what's screwing around with Big Bill's settings, but either it's little technocartoon characters playing cybergames inside my puter; or mebbe it's ... well i don't want to say what i think might be a mebbe - that's just a hunch/spec anyway ...
but i WILL say that once i did get here things are changed again! No more internet address bar Up Top, i have to go to SEARCH and type in what i want. So i typed in techstocks.com - and first thing that came up was #1 on the list - Silicon Investor on... guess what! ... the AOL.COM SEARCH!!! WELL WHADDYAKNOW, WHO'DA THUNKIT?! So then i had to click on the Silicon Investor to get here.
So let's get this all straight now ... first i was on the www.msn.com isp homepage after typing in my password for it and hearing DOTCOM'S Modem Siren Song..... then i typed in the web address on SEARCH... then AOL Search popped up with Silicon Investor that i had to click on before i could get out of msn to the web. So I couldn't get to SI directly anymore from msn by simply typing the URL Up Top and clicking GO! It's all changed around! It makes me feel like i'm trapped in a corral on the isp site, it's miserable. And my SI window is all minimized and squeezed in the middle of all these giant icons and empty space that Bill and Steve are Bogarting on my screen right now. It's all different... grrrrrrr.
Oh Well. Only One Choice for such a Pollyanna as me -
When Given A Lemon, Squeeze It For Lemonade!
So instead of getting mad at Bill's Browser again for putting me thru puter chores with settings to get online, and instead of getting mad at Bill's Stock for not giving me any Expedia spinoff on MY SHARES but Scrooging it into a tracking stock, and instead of getting mad at AOL for making me go thru two hits and a wait to get to where i want to go using it's SEARCH for the url address i had already known on the www - yep i'll take The Nugget Anytime!
THINK!! aaah, Fresh-Squeezed Internet Lemonade tastes good!
Care For A Glass?
Clink! Clink! Clinks All Around!
To Health, Wealth, and Happiness!
TO INVESTING IN DOTCOM AS IT DISPLAYS ITSELF !!
Many Many 909s 2U2 Pardner!
Thank You For The 909s!
More 909s Please!
Joanie.
