Guilty of needing some Money. Also, guilty of having vision, guts and brains. Yeah yeah yeah. The OSC charges are still pending. If he losses he could go to jail for one year. He has lost a class action suit in the US over his need for some money when he told his big fat lie about the quarter. He has lost many analyst due to his need for money when he told them a big fat lie about the quarter. He made a lot of investors very upset with his past actions. He has lost Novl as a investor. They dump their millions of shares at around 3-5 bucks US. He had a shoot at being in the good books with Sunw but shoot himself in the foot with his Java blunder. Now the stock is at nose bleed levels and all of a sudden he is a super hero. Cowpie is a bum in my books. Let us see if he can fumble and bumble some linux revenue. So far they are stuck at 70 Mil/quarter. JMHO Mike
