Ruffian or any qcom historian,

I thought the CDMA infra that Great Wall invested in, which was close to up and running in Beijing, Shanghai, Xian and GuangZhou, were passed on to China Unicom when the PLA were taken out of the picture. Or is it to China Telecom?

Second question, I thought Great Wall was ready to launch in the 4 aforementioned cities. So what is the investments in the article going to cover? How many cities? POP?
