David, Fidelity also has its own "growing pain". Of late they have problem with their real time quote that is offered for all PowerStreet and Active Trader accounts. They said they are working on it. But otherwise they are ok. One of the reasons I have my account is because of teh experience I had during 1997 crash. All other OLBs cannot match SCH and Fido as they have offices all the US and they have branch very close to my office. This becomes handy on days where all phone lines get jamed and/or login process gets logged out on heavy volume days. And finally, as I had posted on here a couple of days ago I was one of the luck person who won commission free trades for next 30 years from Fidelity (36 free stock trades per year for 30 years). So I will be using this forever. Hope this helps. -Nat
