Jeff,

If I understand your post you are suggesting that they would w/o 100% of the fab. We all know that the fab has some value. If the fab is really only 58% of total equipment, then they must have a bunch of old crap laying around that they are going to w/o to get to $22 mm, because I can guarantee you that they are not going to write the fab down to zero. Maybe they are going to outsource more of their test and assembly and w/o off that equipment. That's why I say it will be interesting to see the numbers and hear what they represent.

As far XICO ever achieving a market valuation equal to ATML, I think you are dreaming. Don't get me wrong, I am very bullish on XICO and expect it to be 3x to 5x times its current price, but lets don't get carried away. ATML has been to and is going to places that XICO could only dream about.
