The melanin-deficiency and sensitivity to melanoma and other skin cancers will dramatically reduce and these people are generally increasing the intelligence of the USA gene pool because they are Chinese, Indian and other really bright people who can get in to the USA to keep The New Paradigm runnning full tilt while IQ 80 -100 Yanks can sit back and enjoy the highest GNP per capita in the world [pretty much] and certainly the highest national income in the world by a long, long way. But the premise that there is a USA is becoming faulty as globalisation works its way around the planet. The USA is to the planet as Rome was to the Roman Empire = the financial centre and power centre and cultural centre. England had the same role in the British Empire. We don't call it an empire now, but that's pretty much what it is. All my capital is in the core of The New Paradigm, I orient myself to kneel to Mecca of IT [TM] each morning, which closely matches the geography, economic and political power of the USA. But IT [TM]is growing like a cuckoo bird chick in the USA nest, so the power is going to shift soon, to the periphery, where George Gilder says the intelligence will reside.
