CPQ under accumulation

Did you notice that Jon Burnham of
the Burnham Fund dumped ompaq
due to bad earnings? (see todays IBD,
Page B3)

But in that issue of IBD, IBD's score for
accumulation/distribution (for CPQ) is A --
A stands for strong accumulation!

Take INTC for instance, IBD's score for it is
only a C.
Strong accumulation (of CPQ) should eventually result in a higher share price, IMHO.

I suspected the institutions were buying, but had no real proof. The large buys over the past few weeks? This is great news. Appears the street knows something or some have decided CPQ is going to do well. Let's hope they all jump on the bandwagon for Christmas.
