***CDMA buildout in China*** The problem in USA, NZ and similar is that we have lawyers, town planners and ignorant people worried about cellphone cancer of their brain. So the delays are interminable. I doubt they are so queasy about a few peoples' worries in China.

If the authorities decide that cellphones are okay and their medical advisers say so too, then there won't be any messing around hearing objections about brain cancer. The antennae will be installed forthwith. Only wealthy people can ponce around over trivial details.
