I don't do it with limit orders (that may not fill in a fast-moving stock) but I assume you would end up inadvertently short. Since it is a "fake" short order, E*Trade might get snippy. Don't want to make life there any harder.

With market orders I know E*Trade has to honor a virtually instant fill so a stop sell right afterward can be worked out.

I think the next risk/return play for 2+ points this week is NTPL. Low $7's looks like a good entry point.
