It's definitely a possability but it seemed like they needed to have the public offering to start building. Maybe the WTO agreement changed everything.....I guess I have just become cynical due to the continued optimistic press releases with no corresponding build-out.

There is no doubt that a CDMA network of the size that Unicom envisions would be huge for Qualcomm....I would worry less about India then....
