Larry Wachtel, Prudential Securities - CPQ VTSS HAL

Santa Claus rally is usually at the latter part of December

CPQ - Believes they are solving their problems, new CEO, etc. Likes CPQ, stock is coming back.

VTSS -Earnings at a 30% low, an undervalued stock. Specialty company.

HAL - Favors the sector. HAL is a quality name in the sector. Likes the idea that oil prices have
risen, not yet translated into drilling activities - expected to kick in 1Q 2000.
