Hi Randy,

I bought several items through Yahoo Shopping this weekend, however, when I called macys.com (one of Yahoo's merchants) and macys.com said Yahoo Shopping dumped macy's orders. This concerned me because I wondered if it could be happening to the other Yahoo Shopping merchants in my orders, so I called all the other merchants to make sure they received my Yahoo orders from Yahoo Shopping. (I thought ecommerce shopping was suppose to make shopping easier?)

Most merchants did receive my orders. But, there's another Yahoo merchant, netmarket.com, which said they didn't receive it - "not at all" - they have absolutely no Yahoo Shopping order from me, even though it is listed in my Yahoo Order Status. I'm wondering why Yahoo said the order went through, but netmarket has no record of the order (which was made over the weekend). How I can get this order to go through?
store.yahoo.com
NetMarket said to re-do the order directly through their website, not Yahoo's. However, if I redo the order, and if NetMarket finally receives the transmissions from Yahoo Shopping, I could end up with a duplicate order (which means, I'd get stuck paying the extra ship fees - which wouldn't be fair -and I'd have to waste my time trying to get it returned/refunded.) On the other hand, if I keep waiting to see if the order actually gets transmitted from Yahoo to Netmarket, it could turn out that it never happens (which means, I'd be one gift short). Either way, it's not a good route. Any suggestions?

About YHOO, I owned YHOO and sold it in the Spring. YHOO stock has been great to me! Thank you!

Best regards, Amy J
