Hey unclewest's friend, many thanks for the input. it's exciting to me to hear that the guide is being sold on a sony big screen. Seeing a guide on a non rca/proscan tv around here is as rare as a gorilla sighting right now. looking for that to change right after christmas. also exciting is the sales tatic, haven't seen that in any of my travels. hopefully since circuit city is a chain they will foster that throughout the rest of the stores. My friend john just left my house 15 minutes ago, he stopped by on his way to buy a tv at circuit city of all places. i asked him if was buying one with and epg, he didn't have a clue of what i was talking about. after i explained it to him he said if it's not in the tv he wants he will wait. chalk up another sale for G regards 100
