Mark, I don't "know" the answer to your question, however based on past personal experience I can assume a few thoughts.

<Could KINN be just acquiring shares for a large buyer in Boston? What other reasons would one specific market maker be buying all those shares for? Looks like KINN does not want it to go over 10.00...Regards, Mark>

I would doubt that Kinn is acquiring directly on behalf of an institutional buyer just yet, but more likely with the road show (I also learned they will now be stopping in NY as well as Boston)confirmed and knowing "who" the institutions will be attending and their likely hood of wanting to invest is building up Kinn's own inventory while somewhat trying to keep a lid on the price (for now, thus the "boxed position" on L2 with Kinn on both bid & ask at the same time). What does surprise me it the momentum players didn't jump on this one harder causing more violent shake outs, especially with the low float. Maybe the big shake out will be on a break out into the teens?? I think Kinn has acquired enough of the float at this point in their inventory, that in the light of ANY institutional sponsorship can and will control the share price. After the institutions buy their position from Kinn, look for analyst coverage with buy or strong buy to the retail community. I think that this is where they have been investing their winfall <ggg>
