Your Royal Pi#kness,
Given the imminent potential for HDTV's warrants, some newly issued, to be exercised and hit the market and the potential for the convertible note to be so converted and for those newly issued shares to hit the market thusly as well beginning on the first of the new year, does it not seem like an odd time to be taking a long position in this stock. I looked at HDTV's price chart and noticed that the stock began its most recent rally from about 3 to 4 7/8 where we are now (66%--a huge percentage gain by any but internet standards) beginning on exactly the day the last of the warrants were sold. If your Great and Holy voice were not here to provide us wretched mortals succor while evaluating this prospect, I would, without thinking, jump to the conclusion that sinister forces were at work (as our old cinematic friend Inspector Clouseau was want to say) in elevating the market price to the enrichment of those privileged few who get to purchase the stock at up to a current 90% discount to the market. As I say, this I would believe if I did not have your presence to cool my passionate, self-righteous thoughts. All Hail!
